Former porn star agent David Forest, who's no stranger to getting himself in trouble with the law, could be looking at more hard time. And not the good kind.

Last year, a California court ordered that Forest never manage porn stars' film or live appearances again but, apparently, David Forest was all, "fuck it," and sent out a press release two days ago stating he was going to start doing just that.

Last night, Forest was at Micky's here in West Hollywood for Cocktails With The Stars, where he had booked Simon Dexter to appear, and if you think there is already enough drama at gay bars in WeHo, treat yourself to this report that an anonymous tipster sent me:

Sources ON THE SCENE have verified that David Forest was served with papers, we don't know who the other party is, but we have our suspicions...DF told several insiders last night at Micky's that yes, he in fact was served with legal papers.

In addition to this e-mail, two other sources have confirmed the news. No word on how hot Simon Dexter looked.

Get well soon, Simon Dexter!

First of all, Simon Dexter is just fine, but he did undergo an emergency appendectomy last week and had to spend the night in the hospital, as you can see from the photo above. Yes, he even looks beautiful in one of those awful gowns. The Freshmen cover model and Sean Cody legend writes:

The hospital that I stayed at was very nice. There were about 9 to 10 different nurses on each shift and I swear I saw every one of them while I was there for my one and a half days. No joke, I had my vitals check every hour by a different nurse! And I knew who my assigned nurse was.... lol. There was Holly, Rebeca, Sheryl, Donna and a few who's names I don't remember but I must have met at least 20 different nurses. They were extremely nice though :) They brought me whatever I wanted, fed me soup, fluffed my pillows, chilled my jello....you know, regular hospital stuff. It was so funny, one actually told me I had a muscular stomach. Right after that I had two nurses come in and "check out" my scars.

Those nurses were some horny sluts. But, after looking at the below picture, can you blame them?...

Simon Dexter might be even hotter with glasses

A fond farewell to Sean Cody's "Harley"

It's a sad day for enormous uncut cock fans as Sean Cody has released its last scene with the wildly popular Harley (a.k.a. Simon Dexter).

Simon Dexter was in a car accident!

Simon Dexter, Freshmen's July cover guy, was in a car accident over the weekend, and he suffered some minor injuries. While's he fine, the blog entry he posted gives a harrowing account. YIKES:

I was driving today on a highway, narrowed lanes due to road construction, and the silver mini van beside me began switching lanes and didn't see me (dreaded blind spot) and forced me to swerve to my left. My car hit a road pylon with its side mirror, breaking the mirror clean off, flinging it into the car (my window was down) where it struck me in the face, glass shards embedded into my neck, then the mirror body continued flying through the cabin striking the rear passenger window and shattering it.

Jesus! First we had metals shards in Scott Tanner's eye, and now we have glass shards in Simon Dexter's neck. Please be careful out there, boys. We like our prettiest porn stars taking loads to the face, but not like this!
