Last year, Patrick Bateman worked for Jake Cruise, Falcon, Next Door Buddies, Jet Set, and Hot House, and I interviewed him for his appearance in the August issue of Unzipped. Now, the beefy gay-for-pay star with the even beefier cock is appearing somewhere else: Jail.
His crimes include sexual intercourse with a minor and sexual battery, so it's understandable if you feel weird about jerking off to his movies now. I found his inmate record, and I present it to you here exclusively:
If you click to enlarge, you'll see that Bateman's arrest was in 2004 when he was 19, which may or may not change your opinion of his "sexual intercourse w/mnr" charge. The law's the law, but if she was, say, 17, and he was 19, I wouldn't consider him some sort of pedophile.
Bateman's sentencing wasn't until five years later, last summer, and now he's serving time in Northern California's Santa Rita Jail. I've always thought Patrick Bateman was very hot, so hopefully he's using his body to his advantage with his fellow inmates.

And why was the sentencing delayed 5 years? Sounds more like he was given a chance to stay "clean," so to speak and the sentence would only be pronounced in case of renewed legal issues. Can you clarify that for us, please? Thanks.

Haven't been successful getting those details, RJ, but my best guess is that a)the trial/court proceedings lasted 5 years, or b)he evaded the authorities for 5 years and a warrant was issued

He will have fun in the showers!

Now he will be gay, and no one will pay him.

Some posts on a couple of other blogs in the last few months alluded to Bateman being in jail.
How do you know it was with a girl? Also looking at the charges, one of them is sex with a minor who was either three years younger or more then three years younger then he was at the time. It appears he was convicted of both a felony and misdemeanor charge of this so there is a possibility that there was more then one victim. Another is sexual battery.
Your guess B is probably the most accurate one. He went from g4p to bi on his rentboy profile. Also his two best performer pals in the industry were Leo Giamani and Rusty Stevens. Rusty admitted he is gay recently and Leo says he's bi but not according to people who knew him in Philly.
I guess I can kind of understand why you blocked out his real name but I was able to find it pretty easily.
Considering when he gets out he most likely will have to register as a sex offender which is pubic record.
As a registered sex offender, he will no longer be allowed to work in the sex industry. If he tries, he will go back to prison.

Gay-for-pay my ass. I am so sick to death of hearing about "gay-for-pay" performers in the gay porn industry. If you do gay porn, you're either fully gay or bisexual, period. You can't seriously call yourself straight if you stick your dick in a guy. I can't even think of any "straight" guy who would fuck another guy just for money, no matter how much it pays. He's in such denial. At least have the decency (and balls) to admit that you're a bisexual. And I agree, the law is the law. You should have thought about your actions before you did them. Don't drop the soap, fucker.

I found him!! whoo and i know his real name
Oh u should black out PFN cos tht how i found out about him!
Posted by: Sinister | March 03, 2010 at 07:45 AM
Stan my man....The law is the law? Not to long ago sodomy was against the law. Be careful.
Posted by: kyle | March 03, 2010 at 01:47 PM
kyle please do not compare legalized discrimination of sodomy laws, to the multiple sex abuse charges that Bateman has been convicted of.

OMG "sexual battery?"
He is SO much hotter to me now ...
Posted by: Gavin | March 03, 2010 at 03:32 PM
ya know when i was 16 i had my first real sexual relationship with a very hot 24 year old guy i met at the gym of the college where i was taking classes. i was def cruising him more than he was cruising me, and while he technically made the first move he was constantly saying 'are you sure you wanna do this?' right up until he put boner to the hole. over the next two months he taught me how much intense joy my body could bring to me, especially my asshole, lol! he had his own place so we could bang whenever wherever and we did! eventually he broke it off because of the age thing. it kinda broke my heart, but i also knew it was the right thing. we're still friends.
i am really glad i was broken in by a guy who was a little older and a lot more experienced. i know so many boys who were so traumatized by their 'first' that it took 'em years to go back, lol!

yoshi i hate to disabuse you of what is apparently a cherished belief but there are guys out there who take a little blue pill and get hard on the fact that they are making several thousands of dollars for a couple of hours of work. They're staring at pussy porn all the while and doing their damnedest to take their minds off what they're doing.
****
Billie Blu, is there a statute barring a convicted sex offender from engaging in consensual sex for profit? Wouldn't that be 'interfering with economic advantage'? Do we know how old the girl in question was at the time?
However here's the definition of "Sexual Battery":
"Any person who touches an intimate part of another person while that person is unlawfully restrained by the accused or an accomplice, and if the touching is against the will of the person touched and is for the purpose of sexual arousal, sexual gratification, or sexual abuse, is guilty of sexual battery"
Sounds like it was a little more coercive than a precocious high school girl and a horny frat-boy. But then it could be one of these nasty 'she said he said' things, in which the chick always wins. It becomes battery after-the-fact of loosing her cherry.

Uh peter, hate to disabuse you of your fantasy but a lot of gay for pay is marketing bullshit. Without naming names, I know of 2 guys that are currently marketed as being g4p right now who have boyfriends, and others that my friends in LA see out at the bars hooking up with DUDES. BTW peter you do realize that a lot of gay men do like straight porn as well, but just a little secret they are looking at the dudes. Your figures are a little off as well. Considering two of Pat's best buds in the industry came out as gay and bi, I think I will keep my skepticism for the moment.
Peter it's common knowledge that you have follow certain guidelines and provisions when you are out on parole. Being a registered sex offender it's a safe bet that one of them will be not to work in hardcore pornography. Furthermore, since prostitution is illegal, escorting is out of the mix as well. Straight porn star Janine lost custody of her daughter and put back into a halfway house after being told she could not be involved in porn.
Furthermore, why would you want someone that may have raped someone back in the industry? Even porn has to have some kind of standard.
As I read it, he was convicted of 5 felonies and 1 misdemeanor. According to the website and the penal code, one of his charges involved sexual contact with someone at least 3 years younger then his was (a misdemeanor), the other sexual contact with a minor charge was a felony which is contact with someone more then 3 years younger then he was. There could be more then one person involved.
5 felonies including one where force was used, indicates to me this wasn't a incident of a angry dad finding out about a his 16 year old falling in love with a 19 year old guy.

Sorry that should be:
Straight porn star Janine lost custody of her daughter and put back into a halfway house after being told she could not be involved in porn and continued to do so. Janine was convicted of tax evasion.
Janine's ex hubby is motorcycle muscle king Jesse James who is now married to Sandra Bullock.

What a shame. The fact that he's HOT and the "skills" he "acquired" doing porn should serve him well in prison. I'm also surprised at how easy it was to locate his real name.
Posted by: Tubesmoker | March 03, 2010 at 09:52 PM
19 and 17... and thats called sex with a minor? seriously that is soo stupid
i lost my virginity at 15 with a 22 yr HOT GREAT BOD and everything (aahhh nice memories) guy and i wouldnt consider he was a pedophile, i pursued him and flirted, then eventually i got him to bang my brains out and then i watched him shower...lather all that soap over his HOT body...hmmm

Yoshi, you 'know' two guys, who happen to know guys, in other words you are drawing sweeping conclusions based your on anecdotal observations. Legally that's known as hearsay. It is not admissible as evidence.
I also know of a couple of guys at my school who are, trust me, 100% straight, hop on a plane to Florida for the weekend, hold their noses, 'close their eyes an think of England', and come home about $5,000 richer. Yes I too am drawing an anecdotal conclusion, however it is in the setting of well-established fact that people have always done things they find profoundly distasteful in exchange for some easy money. "The Fear Factor": need I say more?
No gay for pay is not bullshit. You watch these guys perform and, try as you might to believe otherwise, you can just tell they're not at all into it. Sean Cody, Bel Ami, Corbin Fisher . . . these guys are all off someplace else: 'porch light's on, nobody's home'. What is bullshit are gay men who insist on watching straight men have gay sex. Gay men having gay sex: that wouldn't be outre enough. The only reason why gay4pay exists at all is because there's a large market for it. Guys like Bateman are laughing all the way to the bank.
And no, I don't know that it's 'common knowledge' that the guidelines for persons on parole preclude gainful employment in a legitimate Adult Entertainment venue. Somehow that doesn't seem like the sort of thing that is commonly known. I should think it would be in the common interest to keep them off the dole.
Bateman can get released and go work for TIM. He'll probably be pozzed-up by then anyway. Pat's 1,000-Load Weekend.
Posted by: Peter | March 04, 2010 at 01:42 AM
One of you who first brought this up is correct. If Bateman does have to register as a sex offender upon his release (and that is not a certainty, just speculation at this point), he will not be allowed to work in pornography. A primary condition of a sex offender's probation is that he or she never possess or view pornography. One would assume that performing *in* pornography would fall under those categories.

Whoa! Thought I was reading legal briefs from Law 101. Seriously, the above discussion was very interesting and somewhat enlightening. Fascinating! NJMJr!
Posted by: JANORM | March 04, 2010 at 04:49 AM
"A primary condition of a sex offender's probation is that he or she never possess or view pornography."
If he wears a blindfold while making porn he wouldn't be viewing or possessing it. lol.

Peter sorry dude but, I will trust Keith Webb at Titan who said 80% of gay for pay is marketing bullshit. The fact that Mason Wyler of all people was marketed as G4P when he started should tell you how truthful the industry is. Ditto Erik Rhodes who was told to market himself as G4P and refused to. You use Fear Factor as an example. Most straight men would rather eat cow shit on national TV the fuck or get fucked by a man on video for any amount of $$$. To believe otherwise is delusional. I also believe my friends who see these guys out with their boyfriends at the bars in clubs. Or the Chris Rockaway vid on Randy Blue where he says yes he's bi and fucks guys off camera and the producer tells him he's not supposed to say that. Or the fact that Pat's two best buds in the industry Leo and Rusty called themselves G4P, now Rusty says he's gay and Leo says he's bi. I also believe Chad Hunt who wrote on Michael Lucas blog that he fucked around with quite a few G4P guys off camera.
Cold fish performers in porn isn't new and doesn't equal straight. There is a lot of female porn stars who on film, look like they would rather be in about 10000 other places then getting fucked on film. Should I assume that they are really lesbians? I find it amusing in this discussion that people are passionate about saying G4P is a reality but no one believes that there are gay guys working in the straight industry.
Off topic but bad performances have been going on for awhile. The industry seemed to have chosen style over substance. I and a lot of us will take two guys who aren't the best looking together but can fuck like jackrabbits and have some sexual chemistry over two shaved, plucked, and tanned dudes that are going through motions anyday.
BTW where is everyone getting that it was a 19 and 17 year old. He was convicted of two counts of having sex with a minor. One was a misdemeanor the other a felony. The California statutes from the way I read it is the misdemeanor conviction is if the minor is 3 years younger then the adult. Meaning Bateman was 19 he or her 16. It becomes a felony when the minor is more then 3 years younger then the adult him 19 and him/her 15 or younger.
He also pled guilty/was convicted of sexual battery. A poster from queer click found the law in regards to sexual battery:
"(a) Any person who touches an intimate part of another
person while that person is unlawfully restrained by the accused or
an accomplice, and if the touching is against the will of the person
touched and is for the purpose of sexual arousal, sexual
gratification, or sexual abuse, is guilty of sexual battery. A
violation of this subdivision is punishable by imprisonment in a
county jail for not more than one year, and by a fine not exceeding
two thousand dollars ($2,000); or by imprisonment in the state prison
for two, three, or four years, and by a fine not exceeding ten
thousand dollars ($10,000)."
I take that to be non consensual and the charge itself has nothing to do with whether the victim was a minor or not.
Peter see Zach's comments below you, probation guidelines for a registered sex offender are much more strict then for other offenses.

It clearly states that one of his victims was a male. And sexual battery is usually considered a lesser rape charge, like manslaughter to murder.

I'm saddened by this news. I had the pleasure of contributing music, Dream to his Drake Rock video.
I knew Pat would be a major player in the industry and wish him well.
Too bad we can't write him in prison.
