Our friends at BUTT are screening classic XXX flicks at Palm Springs Pride this coming weekend. We're thinking this could be a fantastic break from the usual Pride activities, not to mention the perfect place to make new friends.
First up is "An Evening with Joe Gage" at 10:30pm this Friday. Excerpts from Gage classics like Kansas City Trucking Company (starring Jack Wrangler, above), Closed Set, Heatstroke, and Men’s Room: Bakersfield Station will be screened. Then the famously masculine director will talk about his remarkable career making the movies we are still jacking to decades after they were initially released (that's some good shit!)
On Saturday at 8:30pm, the spotlight shifts to the work of icon and Unzipped deity Jack Wrangler and his classic A Night at the Adonis (1978) at 8:30pm.

Both screenings take place in Room 111 of the ACE hotel, which is offering a special rate to attendees in honor of BUTT's curation of their in-room porn video selection (BUTT chose some freaky shit to put on the ACE's cable like Bruce LaBruce's Skin Gang and Buck Off! with Buck Angel—those cheeky lil buggers...trying to turn us on...).
There will also be free poster giveaways from Bijou Video. Very cool!
