James Franco is coming to General Hospital!?

I knew there was a reason I loved James Franco. He loves General Hospital as much as me (don't judge)! Soapnet is saying that he approached producers to be on the show, and his first appearance will be in the middle of sweeps on November 17th. He obviously doesn't need the paycheck, so he must be doing it because he's a fan.

In typical soap fashion, James will be playing a "mysterious character" who makes "Jason's life a living hell." I've been watching GH since I was in high school, so I know who the hunks are, and while Jason Morgan is hot, I'd rather have James Franco doing love scenes with Lucky (no, not that Lucky). And yes, on soap operas, making someone's life "a living hell" means having sex with them.

This just might prove to be a more interesting situation than you could even imagine. This will not be the last time some important Hollywood star chooses the Television Medium to pop out of the closet! Stay tuned, it will get more exciting as the days and weeks go by for GH.
