From KATU: "Patrick Mulcahy of Beaverton filed complaints with the Oregon Elections Division and the Oregon Attorney General on Wednesday. Mulcahy accuses Adams of getting elected through fraudulent means, namely because of his lies to the public about his relationship with teenage intern Beau Breedlove. He said his complaint alleges constitutional violations that should force Adams from office."
If every politician was forced from office for not disclosing aspects of their personal life, we wouldn't have a government.
By the way, the guy who filed the suit, "Patrick Mulcahy," is a local celebrity of sorts. He recently made news after spewing anti-gay rhetoric while holding a fake Ten Commandments plaque at some AM radio conference in a bingo hall. Nice.
And oh, one more thing. "Patrick" is a resident of Beaverton, which is not Portland, where Sam Adams is still mayor.
